The World Health Organization is the global leader for healthcare policy.

Therefore, we have been in contact with WHO representatives to encourage their support and public acknowledgement of our global Children’s Growth Awareness Day educational effort.

Should they agree, their recognition of this critical indicator of a child’s health, could help identify children with medical conditions disrupting their “normal” growth (such as nutrition, hormone issues and even brain tumors-just to name three of the thousands of potential causes) in time for successful intervention. Such awareness can create a lifetime of improved health for affected individuals.

We have prepared a document asking their support of awareness of this issue. We hope to encourage our network members to share this document with the WHO this September 20. To be included in this effort, please contact for additional details.
